The Layout Block is a free block from the Olympus Blocks plugin.
This block and the Section block are the two ones that really transform Gutenberg into a site builder, with this block you can choose between preset columns or change the column width to basically what you want.
Note: If you want to have a contained layout, you just need to add a Section block, then add the Layout block inside it.

Once you will choose the number of columns you want, each column is a section, so you will have similar settings as the Section block like the spacing, background, colors, etc… But you will also be able to control your column’s width, vertical alignment and much more.
